One of my favorite parts of being a blogger is the “swap.” Basically, you get paired up with other bloggers to swap a themed item. You may recall awhile back I participated in a mug swap. Well, this past month I was a part of two more and I’m gonna tell you about one of them today!

A couple months ago Melissa at The Life Of a Not So Ordinary Wife started a jewelry swap. Basically, you sign up, get your assigned person, and mail an inexpensive piece of jewelry from your closet that you’re not so into anymore (but seems to match the other person’s taste). When I first heard about it I was intrigued but thought I didn’t want to get rid of anything I owned. But as I saw people’s posts I was kind of wishing I had taken part. Luckily, the swap proved so popular that it was brought back again. And this time I made sure to sign up.

It came from Dara of Not In Jersey. I asked for something in a vintage style and she delivered! Thanks Dara!
