Swap It To Me!

So recently I signed up for a mug swap. What’s that you say? You’ve never heard of a mug swap? No worries, I hadn’t either until about a month ago.

The rules were pretty simple, sign up, get paired with a fellow blogger, and swap away! It was put together by Bonnie of Bonn Bonn Boutique – a blogger I had never met before but soon made me feel like I’d known her for some time (and we’re both from SoCal!). She’s super nice and funny and sells the cutest stuff in her Etsy shop. For example, this awesomeness –

Gee I wonder where she got the mug swap idea from?

I was soon paired up with another blogger, Tiffany. She’s a super sweet person who writes all about her life at Mrs. Pate Writes. Oh and she’s crafty too! She has an online store called Picot Designs that sells a lot of beautiful handmade items.

Then one day I found a package on my doorstep with this inside –

Not one, but two mugs! As Tiffany told me, one for home and one for on the go. Sweet! And not only did I get the mugs but also a couple of her handmade creations – cute button earrings and a lovely crocheted cuff. Now, how did she know I was admiring it in her store?

So all in all it was a great experience. Not only did I get an awesome package but I also got to meet a pair of lovely ladies.

Hmmm….now when’s the next swap?
