Enjoying an Easter Egg Cookie from Panera Bread

Easter’s almost here, hooray! Although, I no longer expect a visit from the Easter Bunny I enjoy spending the day with my extended family. We have a big feast, great conversation, and lots of laughter.

Just in time for the holiday, Panera Bread has brought out their Easter Egg Cookie. I recently was given a chance to try one and I have one word – yum!

It’s a large lemon flavored shorbread cookie with icing. So tasty! And isn’t it super cute? It would look lovely poking out of an Easter basket. Or better yet as a special Easter treat for yourself. Either way it’s yummy treat for the holiday!
