Yummy Banana Cupcakes With Nutella Frosting Courtesy of Organized Island

Hi all! Today I’ve got a guest post from the fabulous Raquel from Organized Island.  She’s sharing a yummy cupcake recipe. Take it away Raquel!

Hello everyone! I am Raquel from Organized Island, a place for organization and simple recipes. Melanie and I share a love of cupcakes so I am sharing with you a simple recipe for banana cupcakes with Nutella frosting.

First you need a box of yellow or white cake mix. Follow package directions and add one large or two small ripe bananas to the mix. While the cupcakes are baking, mix together the following ingredients:

3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of milk or heavy cream
1/2 cup Nutella.

If you have not had Nutella spread, this is what the jar looks like:

 

When the cupcakes have cooled. Frost and enjoy!
