You guys know my pups, Bailey.
Isn’t she the cutest? Plus, she’s more than just a pretty face. She’s an amazingly smart, good-natured dog that’s a pleasure to have around. She’s also a rescue pet. Yup. My family adopted her from the Orange County animal shelter. She was a shy, skittish puppy but soon warmed up when she joined our home. It’s amazing what a little love can do.
Because of Bailey (and our previous family pet) I would never consider any other form of pet ownership. Why spend hundreds of dollars on a pure bred dog or cat when there are oodles and oodles of wonderful potential pets filling up animal shelters everywhere? Especially when this weekend you could get one of those pets for free!
Yup, On Saturday, May 11th Much Love Animal Rescue is pairing up with the West LA Animal Shelter to provide free adoptions for the first 25 cats AND the first 25 dogs. Plus, Town and Country Mobile Grooming will be there to pamper your new pet. Also for free. What???? That is a KILLER deal. I’m thinking Bailey may need a new sibling….
And if you don’t happen to be one of the lucky fifty or can’t make it to the West LA Shelter, no problem! All Los Angeles shelters will be discounting adoption fees the entire weekend. What are you waiting for? The time to adopt a pet is now!
