Lovely Le Petit Elefant
Update: We have a winner! Congratulations Crystal!
Ok, I know I use the word lovely a lot in this here blog. Especially in titles. But in this case, there is no other word I could use because I think Le Petit Elefant is the epitome of lovely.

I love it so much! And she doesn’t only make prints and plushes – if you check out her shop you’ll find a selection of cards, rubber stamps, iPhone cases and more. I’ve managed to make a few purchases there. When my office celebrated Valentine’s Day, I handed out her valentines and they were a huge hit! When I’ve needed a birthday or Christmas card, I knew just where to buy it. And recently when I needed a shower gift for a friend crazy for purple, I grabbed a cute lil elephant plush.
Now you may be wondering, where’s the bargain in this? Well, honestly, there isn’t one. Don’t get me wrong – Le Petit Elefant’s pricing is not out of this world. For handmade items the price is just right. But, I admit it doesn’t fall under the umbrella of bargain. So, welcome to a new feature! Since I spend much of my time telling you about ways to save, I figured every once in a while I’d tell you great places to spend a little of that spare cash. I’m calling it Worth the Splurge. Has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it?
And to inaugurate this new feature, I’ve got a giveaway for y’all! It’s a lovely (there’s that word again!) 8 x 10 print from Le Petit Elefant.

Isn’t it so cute? AND, since Genevieve is awesome, she provide an additonal print for you all!

This one’s a little smaller at 5 x 7. Seriously, I’m so tempted to just pretend that a second print doesn’t exist…but I suppose I want one of you to have it.
So, all you have to do is visit Le Petit Elefant and leave me a comment telling me your favorite item from the shop.
And, since I’m feeling super generous today, I’ll give you some bonus entries.

I love the rawr card (the little girl with the monster) because it reminds me of my daughter whose first sound was growling at other people/kids. I bought the card and wrote her a message for her first birthday and put it in her baby book. Genevieve is so talented! I’ve been a follower on her FB and twitter for awhile now. We also have an “A” plush that Genevieve made. Adorable!
