Coffee Talk – Breakfast at The Coffee Cup Cafe

Oh coffee, I could use you right now cuz man am I tired! But alas, I can’t handle your caffeinated goodness this late in the day sooozzzzzzzzzzz…um where was I? Oh yes! I was about to tell you about a great breakfast spot I found in Long Beach – The Coffee Cup Cafe.

Located on 4th Street in the Belmont Heights area The Coffee Cup Cafe is a casual spot that’s great for grabbing a tasty, inexpensive breakfast. Now, as a rule I tend to be an explorer when it comes to food, but for breakfast I usually stick with my old standby – eggs, toast, and potatoes.

As you can see, The Coffee Cup Cafe does it well. Perfectly cooked sunny side up eggs and a generous portion of tasty fried potatoes. And for a little over 5 buck, not a bad deal.

French toast and eggs, toast, potatoes AND sausage. There were thumbs up all around! Plus, the service was super friendly and efficient. You know that’s important in my book. So, Coffee Cup Cafe I will be back.
