Enjoying Bread Pudding at Stacked

You all know how much I like Stacked. I write about it often enough. But I can’t help it. I really think it’s a rising restaurant chain that just happens to have high quality, delicious food. Every month they have different menu specials and December is no exception because for a limited time they’re offering house made bread pudding!

I was invited to come in and give it a whirl but, of course, I had to have dinner first. And you know what comes before dinner? Drinks!

In this case it’s their limited edition Winter Wonderland shake made with marshmallow and Bailey’s. How did they know those were two of my favorite flavors? The shake was oh so delicious and I had to hold myself back from letting it spoil my dinner.

My companion and I shared the Cran-Brie pizza and the Garlic Steak Salad both tasty in their own right. Soon en0ugh it was time for the bread pudding. At Stacked you can customize it with all sorts of toppings from sauces to nuts to ice cream. I decided to top mine with chocolate chips, toasted coconut and whipped cream.

Oh man! Like I mentioned earlier, the bread pudding is made in house. It’s a delicious combination of Challa bread, cinnamon and raisins. It’s then warmed up and the toppings are added. So delicious. Stacked, you’ve done it again!
