Enjoying the Summer Movie Classic

Last week I was invited to attend the Summer Movie Classic benefit for the Hoag Hospital Foundation. It was at the OC Fairgrounds and featured a screening of Casablanca and a sampling of food from various Orange County Restaurants.

It was, in a word, delicious! I tried so many amazing dishes that I now have a huge list of restaurants I need to go to. Here are some of my favorites.
