Hanging Pictures with the Hang-O-Matic

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again. Moving is the pits! Seriously. It’s been a couple of months now and I’m still not completely finished. Take picture hanging. At this moment my walls are mostly bare. Luckily, I have a tool that’s going to help me change that in a snap – the Hang-O-Matic  (disclosure: I received it for free).

The Hang-O-Matic was invented by Orange County resident, Karina Rabin, after one too many frustrations with hanging pictures. She designed this handy dandy tool which turns a project into a breeze.

First, align the tool with your anchor points.

Then choose the spot on the wall you want to hang your pic. Here’s the cool part. In addition to an attached level there’s also two markers on the back. Simply press the tool against the wall and you’ve got two level marks for your nails. Hang your picture and you’re done!
