Simply Delicious – Having a Delicious Sandwich at La Petite Baguette

Now I love a good sandwich. Be it a blt, a club, or even liverwurst, I’m a fan. So, when my sister introduced me to the sandwiches at La Petite Baguette I was pretty excited. And when I took my first bite…heaven!

La Petite Baguette is a cute little shop operated by two very nice French ladies. The business primarily deals in catering, but luckily they also serve sandwiches, salads, and soup to the general public. They have a wide variety but I can never stray from my favorite – the Le Parisien sandwich – simply ham, butter, and cornichons (French pickles) on a baguette.

Now you may think “boring.” You may even think “yuck.” (How dare you). But, believe me, it is delicious. I don’t even like butter, but I can’t imagine this sandwich without it. The ham is flavorful and the pickles add just the perfect amount of tartness. And then the baguette. Oh the baguette! Ab-so-lute Per-fec-tion.
