Viewing Disneyland Memorabilia at Van Eaton Galleries
This Sunday I’m headed to Disneyland for Dapper Day. Hooray! It’s been two years since I’ve gone and I’m so excited. I’ve got my outfit picked out and everything.
This year is marks Disneyland’s 60th Anniversary. As part of the celebration Disney is auctioning off park memorabilia at Van Eaton Galleries in Sherman Oaks. Through February 27th the pieces are on display to the public. To get into the Dapper Day spirit I headed on over to check them out and drool just a little.
Just look at that Adventureland uniform! Now that would be a dress to wear to Dapper Day.
And these fabulous Haunted Mansion pieces. Man, I’d love to own a bit of one of my favorite rides.
It’s the drinking pirate skeleton from Pirates of the Caribbean! I know him!
Where are these souvenirs in my family heirlooms? We’ve been patrons of the park since the beginning and yet we have not one of these pieces. C’est la vie.
At least I got to see them. Now I’m super excited for Dapper Day. Disneyland here I come!
