Visiting The Mob Museum in Las Vegas

When we were planning our trip to Vegas one of the spots Shannon and I agreed was a must see was The Mob Museum. Lucky for us, we were offered free media passes to check it out so we made it our first stop on our trip.

In one word: wow. The mob museum ranks up there with the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Disneyland, and Alcatraz and one of the coolest places I’ve ever been.

When we first entered the museum we were advised it would take 2-3 hours to see. I was skeptical but it really did! There’s so much to see and do!

You learn everything about the mob. From it’s Ellis Island origins to it’s modern day status. Everything is displayed in a unique way and most exhibits are interactive.

Isn’t it awesome? And these exhibits aren’t just fun to look at. They’re chock full of significant artifacts and interesting information.

We wandered through the museum for a couple of hours and I still feel like I didn’t see everything. Guess I’ll just have to go back.
